Welcome to Arrival Wagon. Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using our platform.
By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Important Notice:
Arrival Wagon is a sales partner and agent. We work directly with licensed transportation operators (“Transportation Providers”) and help them connect with new clients.
- We are not a transportation company.
- We do not own, operate, or maintain vehicles.
- We do not employ drivers.
The Transportation Provider you select is solely responsible for providing your service.
By using our platform, you agree to hold Arrival Wagon harmless from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities that may arise from your ride or interaction with a Transportation Provider.
1. Agreement to Terms
By using the Arrival Wagon platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.
2. Service Description
Arrival Wagon acts strictly as a sales partner and booking agent to help you find and reserve transportation services from independent Transportation Providers.
We provide a platform for you to:
- Browse available options.
- Submit booking requests.
- Be connected with a Transportation Provider.
All contracts, services, and responsibilities are between you and the Transportation Provider.
3. Booking and Payment
- Reservations: All booking requests are submitted through the Arrival Wagon platform. A booking is not final until confirmed by the Transportation Provider.
- Payment: Payments may be processed by Arrival Wagon on behalf of the Transportation Provider. Payment terms (full or deposit) are determined by the provider.
- Confirmation: A booking confirmation will be sent to your email address once the Transportation Provider accepts your reservation.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
- Policies: Cancellation and refund policies are set by each Transportation Provider and subject to their terms.
- Refunds: Arrival Wagon may assist with the refund process, but refunds are only issued in accordance with the provider’s policy. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after provider approval.
5. Limitation of Liability
Arrival Wagon is not responsible for any issues that occur during your transportation service.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Delays or schedule changes.
- Service quality or reliability.
- Driver behavior or conduct.
- Vehicle condition or safety.
- Personal injury, property damage, financial loss, or other damages.
Your transportation contract is solely with the Transportation Provider.
All disputes, claims, or issues must be resolved directly with them.
By using Arrival Wagon, you agree that Arrival Wagon is held harmless and has no liability related to the ride.
6. Passenger Responsibilities
Passengers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete booking information.
- Arriving on time at the designated pick-up location.
- Complying with all laws, regulations, and provider rules during the trip.

8. Changes to Terms
Arrival Wagon may update these Terms at any time.
